Seamlessly integrate elements from RuneScape into their games

Steamforged Games' partnership with Jagex is the latest in a long string of collaborations that bring several of the biggest franchises in gaming into a tabletop-based environment OSRS Gold. Steamforged Games, a tabletop gaming giant, has previously created board games that are based on games like Monster Hunter World and Dark Souls and has recently concluded a massively successful Kickstarter campaign for a Resident Evil 2 board game raising over 1 million GBP in the first quarter of this year.

Now, the developer is aiming at Gielinor's world and RuneScape and plans to launch both a board game and an RPG book for tabletop gaming this year. The two RPG versions will include many of RuneScape's most popular characters and places, allowing groups of up to five players to compete against classic quests that are part of RuneScape as well as bring adventures in the world of Gielinor home.

Players will be able to design and upgrade their equipment, interact with NPCs as they undertake numerous side missions inspired by the classic MMORPG. The board game will launch by means of an Kickstarter campaign later in the year. Meanwhile, the main tabletop RPG book is expected to go on sale immediately.

The primary book for tabletop RPGs will also be compatible with the huge tabletop RPG Dungeons and Dragons the fifth edition of the core books, which allows dungeon masters to seamlessly incorporate elements of RuneScape into their games.

Jagex CEO Phil Mansell was optimistic about this project, sharing his enthusiasm regarding Kickstarter. He expressed his excitement over the Kickstarter campaign "involving the RuneScape communities Buy RS Gold," however Steamforged CCO Mat Hart believed the "rich RuneScape universe" will translate beautifully" into a tabletop setting.
